Be warned! Don’t buy there! We purchased ans specifically requested it be installed at a certain height. However, they ignored our instructions, mounted it higher, and left without addressing our concerns. When we asked them to come back and fix their mistake, they demanded we pay hundreds of shekels more! This was entirely their error. I strongly advise against buying from them!

A very large duty-free store for electrical and electronics products in the Duty Free Shops complex at Terminal 3 at Ben-Gurion Airport in Israel, a variety of products from all types of good companies, there are many good promotions that change every month, you can keep the product in place and receive when you land back in Israel Very neat and there are a lot of sales people who are in the area for help

Newly introduced mobile phones, like Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ are on surprisingly good price, compared to Eurpoean countries, although I have no information on warranty T@Cs. My only complaint so far is that all promotions are only in Hebrew. So unless you read Hebrew you can hardly figure out what benefits you may have by your purchase. The rest of offered gadgets -including stuff with an "apple logo" - are way too expensive...

שילוב קטלני של מחירים פסיכים, מבחר מצומצם, ועובדות "חסרות גישה שיווקית". Now in English: a dreadful combination of high prices, very small selection, and obnoxious salesmen. Don't forget, the prices are in dollars, not Shekels. Better compare with online prices first.

I (stupidly) assumed the prices were in Shekels and that I was therefore making a good deal. The price tags actually had a tiny $ sign an inch before the amount. In dollars the prices is absolutely not attractive. You can find the same prices or better online. When I realised my mistake I went to return the products. It's now been 20 days and no refund on my account. In addition, my card got debited twice! I remember the sale assistant swiping twice and saying their computers were not working well. I have emailed them 4 times without response. The phone number is invalid. I'm desperate to get in touch with them. If anyone has a valid number to call from abroad please let me know.
